Eric Szustak, CPA, CA
President & CEO
Mr. Szustak is President and CEO of Canadian Polish Business Association, Inc. a Federally incorporated Non-Profit Corporation. Mr. Szustak is a Chartered Public Accountant, CA with over 35 years of financial service, business development, marketing, accounting, and CFO experience. His background includes 14 years with three national brokerage firms Midland Walwyn, Merrill Lynch and BMO Nesbitt Burns in various positions, including private client wealth group, management and securities compliance.
Mr.Szustak is the Chairman of the Board Quinsam Capital Corporation, which is a Public merchant bank based in Canada. Mr Szustak holds a B.A. Honors Chartered Accountant Studies and Economics from the University of Waterloo and received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1985.
In addition to his volunteer duties at this organization, Mr. Szustak is President of Wawel Villa Retirement homes. He is a Founder and Director of Mississauga Polish Days Festival.
Tom Dudek
Director
Tom Dudek, B.Sc, P.Eng, is an engineering consultant and an entrepreneur. He has over 20 years of leadership, management and engineering experience in Research and Development in both the public and private sectors. Throughout his career he’s held a number of positions from design engineering to senior management, working with multidisciplinary teams on complex projects in Aerospace & Defense industries.
Tom has an Electrical Engineering degree and a Management Science designation from University of Waterloo and a Blockchain Professional certificate from York University, Lassonde School of Engineering. He is also a professional engineer licensed by Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).
Jon Grayson
Director
Jon Grayson is the CEO of Wawel Villa, Inc. a not-for-profit charitable organization which owns and operates a licenced retirement home and an independent living apartment complex for seniors in Mississauga.
Jon emigrated with his family from Poland and was raised in Toronto until moving to the US after graduation. He has an extensive business background holding various senior management positions in multinational corporations before moving back to Canada to start his own business. Jon holds a BA degree in Economics from York University.
Mark Joczys
Director
Mark Joczys is the Director of MTMX Logistics, P&W Intermodal and manages Highland Transport. These 3 companies are all Ocean Container trucking companies owned and operated by Transforce. Mark had joined Transforce in June 2007 by acquisition and has remained in their employ since.
Mark also is an entrepreneur by nature. He operates a truck mechanical shop along with a concert promotional business. Mark is a born and raised Torontonian. He spent one year studying in Poland where he learned a lot about his roots, the Polish culture and values. Mark is fluent in both English and Polish.
Patricia Kajda
Director
Patricia Kajda, CPA, CA, is a Partner and Business Advisor in MNP’s Mississauga office and leads the Public Companies group for Peel Region. Patricia has a broad range of experience helping clients of various sizes across multiple industries in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors reach new levels of success.
Patricia holds an Honours degree in Business Administration from Wilfred Laurier University and has received her Chartered Accountant (CA) designation in 2000. She has been a partner with MSCM LLP and MNP LLP and has served on several Boards of not-for-profit companies.
Anna Litwinski
Director
Anna has almost 30 years of experience at BMO, bringing a tremendous passion for customer service and the development of her people, as well as a proven track record of strong sales leadership. Currently, Anna is the Regional Vice President, Mississauga East Market overseeing 15 branches from the east of Mississauga to the South of Etobicoke, totalling close to 200 employees.
Throughout her career, Anna has held multiple managerial roles including managing the largest BMO Branch in Canada – First Canadian Place; expanding her vast knowledge in the Financial Services sector.
Anna Gulbinski
Director
Mrs. Anna Gulbinski completed 30 years of service as an executive manager and senior human resources professional with the Ontario Public Service and received an Ovation Award for her contribution to Transgender Policy Development. Anna has been extensively involved in the governance of numerous non-profit, community, sports, and Polish cultural organizations. A former dancer and later Director of the White Eagle Song and Dance Group, Secretary of the International Folk Arts Council, and Committee member with the Polish Canadian Congress – Royal Ontario Museum Heritage Days and the Canada 150 Project.
She is currently the Executive Director of the Art Gallery of Mississauga, Festival Director of the Mississauga Polish Days Festival at Celebration Square, Secretary for the Canadian Polish Business Association, and President of the Erindale Lions Little League Baseball Association where she has been a Board member for almost 20 years. Anna previously served as School Council Chair (both Elementary and High School) for 16 years. Anna has lived in Mississauga for 32 years and is the proud mother of 2 sons.
Michael Kwadrans
Director
Mr. Michael Kwadrans is a sales consultant and communications specialist. He has over 10 years of experience in leadership, management, project management, and business development and sales experience working for global technology leaders.
Michael has worked closely with the Polish community for close to 20 years with a number of organizations including Copernicus Lodge and Ekran Toronto Polish Film Festival and for the past couple of years and the newest addition as the VP of the Canadian Polish Business Association. Michael has an honours degree in International/Global studies from York University in Toronto including the International Business Program from the Cracow University of Economics.
